We’ve made it easier for you to share feedback, submit feature requests, and see what we’re working on, all directly from within the Boost app.
At Boost, listening to our merchants is at the heart of how we build our product. For a while, we’ve been using Typeform to collect feedback through the “Got feedback or a feature request?” section in the app admin.
But we know this approach hasn’t been ideal. You could submit suggestions, but there was no way to see what happened next. No visibility into status, no confirmation, and no easy way to prioritize what mattered most to you.
This created a disconnect between your ideas and our product roadmap. That’s something we wanted to fix.
We’re now using Upvoty, a dedicated feedback and feature request platform, to bring more transparency and interaction into the process.

The new feedback experience is now live in the Boost app. Just scroll to the footer and click the “Got feedback or a feature request?” link to open the new widget.
