Boost x Attentive integration sends rich event tracking data from Boost straight into your Attentive account. This empowers you to

• create highly personalized SMS and email campaigns based on how shoppers interact with your store’s search, collections, and recommendations
• use Boost’s event properties to build precise, high-converting segments.

The result is more effective messaging that re-engages shoppers, reduces abandonment, and drives more sales.

How to leverage Boost and Attentive with the events integration

The first phase of our integration is live and focuses on sending key shopping events from Boost to Attentive. Here are a few ways you can use it right away:

• Recover lost sales: Create powerful browse, search, and cart abandonment journeys. When a shopper clicks a product or adds an item to their cart but doesn't buy, you can automatically send a timely SMS reminder to bring them back.
• Automate back-in-stock alerts: Use Boost's Back-in-Stock form to capture customer sign-ups. The integration will automatically add these subscribers to Attentive, so you can notify them the moment a popular product is available again.
• Build high-converting segments: Go beyond basic journeys. You can use rich event properties from Boost, like product name or search query, to build hyper-targeted customer segments in Attentive for your campaigns.

How to activate Boost x Attentive integration

This integration is available now for all merchants on the Boost TURBO version. Check your app version using this guide.

Activating Boost x Attentive integration is simple:

Step 1: In your Boost app admin, navigate to the Third-party integration page. In the Integration type dropdown, select the SMS & Email.

Step 2: Find the Attentive card and click Configure.

Step 3: Simply toggle on “Integrate Boost with Attentive.” You will be redirected to Attentive to authorize the connection, and you’re all set! Boost will begin sending events automatically.

This is just the beginning. We're already working on deeper integration of both apps.

The next release of this integration will allow you to embed Boost's powerful Recommendation widgets directly into Attentive’s email templates. Further down the road, we plan to sync customer profiles to make the AI in both platforms even smarter.
